Once you've read the Custom Hat Pricing form and you want to place an Order for a Custom Hat, please download the PDF form, fill out all the questions on the form, then email the form to us, and we will get you a quote. Once you get the quote back and you want to proceed with the order then you will come back here select from the drop down payment options to either pay the required deposit or you may pay for the whole amount. Once payment is recieved, your hat will get created.
